I had such a great time photographing these beautiful families during our Christmas Mini Sessions in November. We set up two different scenes. The first was a fall scene with pumpkins, hay bales and beautiful mums. The second was a Christmas scene beneath two very large Frazier Fir Pine trees behind our studio. Mike and Linda Dixon have been married for 40 years, but had never had a wedding! They went to the courthouse and got married, so on their 40th wedding anniversary they decided to have the wedding of their dreams! A few years ago, I photographed this beautiful couple's wedding and just last weekend I had the honor of doing their maternity shoot! Baby Samuel is due in August, so Amber and Gavin wanted to have their maternity pictures done to share this experience with family and friends. We started with some studio shots, and then we did some outside shots and finished with a milk bath shoot. We wanted to capture their excitement and joy about the arrival of their sweet little baby.

Jenny and John met over a year ago, and on June 2nd, 2018 they became husband and wife in a beautiful backyard ceremony in Whitsett, NC.
